As an Operations Automation Senior Associate in WM Operations, you lead the implementation of intelligent automation solutions to transform business processes. You conduct independent analysis, gather requirements, and deliver automation strategies that support operational efficiency. You execute and implement digitization initiatives to achieve measurable outcomes for the Operations function.
Job Responsibilities

• Engage with stakeholders to support all aspects of process automation
• Implement operational automation strategy using intelligent automation tools
• Utilize automation solutions to create capacity and reduce risk
• Support development of the Data Analytics framework
• Coach and mentor team members on automation tools
• Create and deliver training on workflow automation
• Identify and collaborate on OKRs, KPIs, and metrics for automation benefits
• Communicate timely and concisely with business partners and management
• Ensure compliance with firmwide Intelligent Solutions standards
• Collaborate with technology to build infrastructure for low-code automation
• Streamline operational processes through innovative automation

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

• Demonstrate at least 5 years of experience in data analysis and solution development
• Apply knowledge of Python, Alteryx, Tableau, UiPath, Unqork, or similar tools
• Utilize intermediate skills in Microsoft Office suite
• Exhibit sound knowledge of intelligent automation applications and programming languages
• Use analytical and problem-solving skills in unstructured situations
• Collaborate consistently across all business levels
• Deliver projects across multiple streams with varying priorities and complexities

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

• Hold a bachelor's or higher degree
• Demonstrate advanced skills in business analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment
• Understand and apply various technological development methodologies
• Lead teams effectively regardless of project approach
• Think in a structured manner and communicate effectively
• Articulate complex technical concepts confidently to senior audiences
• Write with clarity and precision in all communications
