Summary:
As an Operations Engineer, you will support the operations and manage delivery for production systems and services based on operational requirements and service agreements. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure seamless operations, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to enhance system performance. You will engage in discussions to align operational strategies with business objectives, ensuring that all services meet the required standards and expectations. Your role will also include monitoring system performance and proactively addressing any potential challenges to maintain optimal service delivery.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in the development and implementation of operational processes to improve efficiency.
- Monitor system performance and provide recommendations for enhancements.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP EWM.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with SAP MM Materials Management.
- Strong understanding of warehouse management processes and best practices.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving operational issues in production environments.
- Familiarity with system integration and data flow between SAP modules.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in SAP EWM.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
