Job SummaryIron Mountain is seeking a proactive Operations Manager to join our Imaging Operations team.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing the entire service delivery lifecycle, ensuring strict adherence to contracts, maintaining targeted profitability, and driving high levels of customer satisfaction.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities) 🎯In this role, you will:
Establish and Govern Operational Standards: Prepare Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) as per Request for Proposal (RFP) terms, draft Statements of Work (SOWs), and define activity-wise Productivity Matrices to ensure project consistency and quality.
Oversee Financial and Risk Management: Track revenue targets, manage targeted Gross Profit (GP) by implementing tighter cost controls, and conduct Service Level Agreement (SLA) versus Actual Deliverables analysis, including Penalty Clause Analysis and Risk Mitigation Planning.
Manage Project Completion and Revenue Capture: Secure Work Completion Certifications, utilize User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sign-offs to validate successful delivery, and ensure on-time billing and rigorous collection tracking.
The ideal candidate will have:
10+ years of experience in operations management or project delivery within a service-oriented environment.
Strong knowledge of project governance documentation (SOP, SOW, Productivity Matrices) and financial metrics like Gross Profit.
Proven ability in problem-solving and stakeholder management to navigate complex client relationships and secure critical UAT sign-offs.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field (relevant certification is a plus).
