InfyStrat is seeking a knowledgeable Oracle HCM ORC (Oracle Recruiting Cloud) Consultant to enhance our team dedicated to improving talent acquisition processes. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing Oracle HCM ORC solutions, focusing on streamlining recruitment and onboarding processes for our clients. You will engage with various stakeholders to gather requirements and develop solutions that enhance the recruitment experience. Responsibilities
  • Implement and configure Oracle HCM ORC to align with client recruitment processes and needs.
  • Collaborate with HR and recruiting teams to enhance the recruitment strategy using Oracle solutions.
  • Conduct workshops and interviews to gather business requirements and translate them into system functionality.
  • Develop testing scenarios, facilitate user acceptance testing, and support go-live activities for ORC implementations.
  • Provide post-implementation support, troubleshooting, and training on HCM ORC functionalities.
  • Stay updated with Oracle Recruiting Cloud features and best practices for continuous improvement.
  • Assist with integrations of ORC with other Oracle HCM modules and third-party systems.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience implementing and managing Oracle HCM Recruiting Cloud (ORC).
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and talent acquisition strategies.
  • Experience with system integrations and data migration within Oracle products.
  • Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.
  • Ability to work effectively within teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
  • Oracle HCM certifications, especially focusing on Recruiting Cloud, are preferred.
