As Oracle cross-domain functional lead, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing Oracle functional activities across various domains, including CoreHR, Recruiting, Onboarding, Talent & Performance management, Compensation, Reporting and Authorisations. Your role will involve business partnering, prioritising pipeline, supporting functional team in analysis and solutions definition/implementation, ensuring process adherence, and coordinating enhancements, incidents and service requests delivery. You will also assess Oracle Quarterly releases and manage the functional content pipeline, acting as a single point of contact (SPOC) for Oracle-related matters.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and oversee Oracle functional activities across multiple domains.
  • Business partnering and pipeline prioritization to ensure efficient operations.
  • Ensure adherence to established processes and support models.
  • Coordinate DevOps and Service Now functional items delivery.
  • Assess Oracle Quarterly releases and manage the functional content pipeline.
  • Act as the single point of contact (SPOC) for Oracle-related inquiries and issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align Oracle functional activities with business goals.
  • Provide functional expertise and guidance to team members and stakeholders.
  • Stay updated with the latest Oracle releases and industry trends.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of Oracle functional activities and decisions.
Qualifications

Must-Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Oracle functional consulting or a similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud or Oracle EBS applications, especially in the HR domain.
  • Strong understanding of DevOps practices and SNOW/Helpdesk functionalities.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies is preferred.

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new Oracle releases and technologies.
