Develop and support Oracle Hyperion Financial Management applications for consolidation, reporting, tax provisioning, and statutory compliance. Build Hyperion business rules, calculations, and validations; manage FDMEE integrations and data loads; support financial close processes; troubleshoot production issues; gather Finance and Tax requirements; prepare documentation; and assist with audits and compliance reporting.

Job Description:We are looking for an experienced Hyperion Consultant with strong expertise in Finance and Tax processes. The candidate should have hands-on experience in Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Oracle FDMEE, and other Oracle EPM tools, along with a solid understanding of financial reporting, tax provisioning, and statutory compliance.
- Work on development and support of Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) applications for financial consolidation and reporting
- Manage tax reporting, tax provisioning, and compliance requirements within Hyperion applications
- Develop and maintain business rules, calculations, and validations in Hyperion
- Handle data integration and data loads using Oracle FDMEE
- Support month-end and year-end financial close processes
- Work closely with Finance and Tax teams to gather requirements and implement solutions
- Troubleshoot system issues and provide production support
- Prepare technical documentation and support audit requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Oracle Hyperion Financial Management / Oracle Hyperion technologies
- Strong knowledge of Finance processes such as consolidation, reporting, GL, and reconciliation
- Good understanding of Tax processes, tax provisioning, and statutory reporting
- Hands-on experience in Oracle FDMEE for integrations
- Experience in writing HFM business rules (VBScript)
- Good SQL knowledge for data analysis and validations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience in Hyperion Planning / Essbase
- Exposure to Oracle EPM Cloud
- Knowledge of financial audits and compliance reporting
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or IT
- CA / CMA / MBA Finance is an added advantage
