BlackStone eIT is seeking a highly skilled Outsystems Lead to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading the development of innovative applications using the Outsystems platform. Your expertise will guide the design and architecture of solutions, ensuring they meet business objectives while adhering to best practices. As an Outsystems Lead, you will mentor junior developers, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive the success of projects from conception to delivery.
Responsibilities- Design and architect scalable Outsystems applications that align with business needs.
- Lead the development team, providing technical guidance and mentoring.
- Collaborate with product owners and business analysts to gather and refine requirements.
- Oversee the full software development lifecycle, including coding, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
- Implement best practices in coding, testing, and deployment within the Outsystems environment.
- Stay updated on Outsystems developments and industry trends to enhance team capabilities.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful implementation.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 7 years of experience in software development, with a focus on Outsystems.
- Minimum of 3 years in a lead role within an Outsystems environment.
- Strong understanding of application architecture and design principles.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and experience in project management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Outsystems certification(s) is a strong plus.
