Summary:
In the role of Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineering Lead, a typical day involves taking ownership of the design and continuous improvement of packaged or cloud-based solutions. This includes managing the configuration, overseeing system integrations, and coordinating release activities. The role requires setting and maintaining platform standards to ensure the solution remains stable and performs efficiently while aligning with both business objectives and vendor requirements. Collaboration with various stakeholders to drive the evolution of the platform and address emerging challenges is a key aspect of daily responsibilities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance platform reliability and scalability.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and integration within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
- Strong knowledge of platform configuration and integration techniques within cloud-based environments.
- Experience in managing software release cycles and deployment strategies.
- Ability to establish and enforce platform standards that balance technical and business requirements.
- Skilled in troubleshooting complex system issues and providing effective solutions.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate across diverse teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
