Summary:
As a Packaged Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or Software as a Service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing software releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. The engineer works with various standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with stakeholders to understand needs and continuous monitoring of system health are integral parts of the daily routine.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
- Required active participation and contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain knowledge repositories for future reference.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Murex Datamart Reporting.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Murex Back Office Workflows.
- Strong understanding of application configuration and release management processes.
- Familiarity with using APIs and low-code platforms to customize and extend packaged applications.
- Ability to analyze system performance metrics and implement improvements.
- Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in a production environment.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in Murex Datamart Reporting.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
