Summary:
In the role of a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications to meet evolving business requirements. This includes adapting application features, managing software releases, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. The role requires working with various standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to deliver solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with multiple teams to coordinate efforts and troubleshoot issues is a key aspect of daily activities, ensuring seamless operation and continuous improvement of the applications.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to optimize application configurations to enhance system efficiency and user experience.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to support professional growth and skill development.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure Databricks.
- Experience with cloud-based data processing and analytics platforms.
- Strong understanding of data integration and transformation techniques within cloud environments.
- Ability to work with APIs and low-code platforms to customize and extend application functionality.
- Familiarity with release management processes and tools to ensure smooth deployment cycles.
- Competence in troubleshooting and resolving complex system issues to maintain application stability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Microsoft Azure Databricks.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
