Summary: As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while maintaining compatibility and performance. You will engage with various teams to ensure that the applications meet the required standards and effectively address user needs, contributing to the overall success of the organization. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME. - Collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams. - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities. - Monitor application performance and implement improvements as necessary. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce Technical Architecture, Salesforce Service Cloud, Salesforce Omnistudio Platform, Salesforce Lightning Web Components. - Strong understanding of cloud-based application architecture and deployment. - Experience with integration techniques and tools for seamless data flow. - Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in SaaS applications. - Ability to design and implement scalable solutions that meet business requirements. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Salesforce Technical Architecture. - This position is based at our Ahmedabad office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
