Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to align solutions with business needs while utilizing standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to maintain compatibility and performance across systems. You will engage in problem-solving activities and contribute to the overall efficiency of application management, ensuring that the systems operate smoothly and meet the evolving requirements of the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
1 implementation projects experience with project experience in S/4HANA
2Should have Hands- on experience in Preparing project Scope document, Business process study, Requirement analysis, Gap Identification, Business Blueprint, Process Mapping, Configuration, Functional and Technical Specifications Document, Test Case Document, Training Presentation, Configuration Guide and User Manual
3SAP S/4 HANA certified will be an added advantage
Professional & Technical Skills:
Implement and support S/4HANA Credit Management (FSCM) including credit limits, risk categories, scoring, and automatic credit checks
Configure and manage Collections Management (worklists, strategies, dunning integration)
Implement and support Dispute Management (case creation, workflow, integration with AR)
Integrate FSCM with Accounts Receivable, SD, and FI modules
Support credit exposure calculation, documented credit decision (DCD) and reporting
Conduct workshops, UAT support, and end-user training
Assist in data migration (credit master data, open items, disputes)
Good understanding of AR processes and SD integration
Experience in credit risk analysis and exposure management
Strong configuration and troubleshooting skill.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP FSCM Credit Management.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
