Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will engage in configuring and supporting packaged or Software as a Service applications. Your typical day will involve adapting features to meet business requirements, managing application releases, and ensuring the stability of systems. You will utilize standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to align solutions with the specific needs of the business while maintaining compatibility and performance across various systems. Your role will require collaboration with different teams to ensure that the applications function optimally and meet the evolving demands of the organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Strong understanding of legal and management consolidation processes, including currency translation, eliminations, and consolidation of investments.
Engage with client functional teams to gather, analyze, and finalize Group Reporting design requirements.
Apply in-depth knowledge of accounting principles, intercompany processes, and financial close activities to support consolidation design and execution.
Hands-on experience using:
o Fiori apps for Group Reporting
o Legal consolidation processes i.e Data collection, Currency translation, Elimination, reclassification and other processes
o SAP Analysis for Office (AFO)
o GRDC (Group Reporting Data Collection)
Familiarity with ICMR, data mapping, and flat-file uploads.
Identify and document functional gaps, propose standard or custom solutions, and work with technical teams to implement.
Create detailed design documentation, including:
o Business Process Documents (BPDs)
o Functional Specification Documents (FSDs)
o Business Blueprints
o Test Scripts
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Finance, Controlling, IT, Audit) to ensure business alignment and smooth project execution.
Support unit testing, integration testing, and UAT, and assist in end-user training and go-live support.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
