Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. The role includes managing application releases and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. The engineer collaborates with various teams to align solutions with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across platforms. Utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms, the engineer continuously adapts and enhances the applications to meet dynamic operational needs in a seamless and efficient manner.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain clear records of system modifications.
- Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development.
- Experience with front-end and back-end development frameworks related to .Net technologies.
- Strong understanding of web services, APIs, and integration techniques.
- Familiarity with database management and query optimization.
- Ability to work with low-code platforms and standard development tools to customize applications.
- Knowledge of software release management and version control systems.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 2 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Mumbai office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
