Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or SaaS applications to meet evolving business requirements. This includes managing application features, overseeing release processes, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. The role requires working with various tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to tailor solutions that align with organizational goals while maintaining compatibility across different environments. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to address challenges and optimize application functionality is also a key part of daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
- Required active participation and contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective application configurations.
- Monitor application performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain system reliability.
- Document configuration changes and maintain clear records to support knowledge sharing.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support in understanding application functionalities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- Experience with cloud-based deployment and release management processes.
- Familiarity with APIs and integration techniques to connect packaged applications with other systems.
- Knowledge of low-code or no-code platforms to customize and extend application capabilities.
- Ability to analyze system logs and performance metrics to identify and resolve issues.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in application configuration and support.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Azure DevOps.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
