Project Role : Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer
Project Role Description : Configure and support packaged or SaaS applications to adapt features, manage releases, and ensure system stability. Use standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with business needs while preserving compatibility and performance.
Must have skills : Microsoft Power Apps
Good to have skills : Microsoft Robotic Process Automation, Microsoft Power Platform Infrastructure
Minimum 5 year(s) of experience is required
Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education
Required Qualifications
Proven experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio.
Strong understanding of Dataverse, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and Azure services.
Experience with custom connectors, Power FX, and integration with REST APIs.
Familiarity with Azure DevOps ALM (Application Lifecycle Management) for Power Platform.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Decent communication and good problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities
Design and build custom business applications using Power Apps (Canvas).
Automate workflows and integrate systems using Power Automate.
Develop conversational experiences and intelligent bots using Copilot Studio.
Maintain and enhance existing Power Platform solutions.
Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and compliant with enterprise standards.
Provide support and troubleshooting for deployed solutions.
