Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will engage in configuring and supporting packaged or Software as a Service applications. Your typical day will involve adapting features to meet business requirements, managing application releases, and ensuring the stability of systems. You will utilize standard tools, APIs, and low-code platforms to align solutions with organizational needs while maintaining compatibility and performance across various applications. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be essential to ensure that the applications meet the evolving demands of the business environment.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME.
- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
- Monitor application performance and implement improvements as necessary.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Spring Boot.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Java Enterprise Edition.
- Strong understanding of RESTful web services and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- Experience in database management and SQL.
- Proficient in version control systems, particularly Git.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Spring Boot.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
