Summary:
As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, you will engage in the configuration and support of packaged or Software as a Service applications. Your typical day will involve adapting features to meet business requirements, managing application releases, and ensuring the stability of the systems. You will utilize standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to align solutions with the specific needs of the business while maintaining compatibility and performance across various systems.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to enhance user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement effective solutions.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP HCM Payroll.
- Experience with application configuration and support.
- Strong understanding of system integration and data management.
- Familiarity with low-code development platforms.
- Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP HCM Payroll.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
