What You’ll Do:
- Partner Relationship Management: Own and nurture strategic relationships with subcontractor partners, acting as their primary contact to ensure engagement and satisfaction.
- Contract and Rate Negotiations: Lead the preparation, negotiation, and maintenance of service-level agreements and rate cards that reflect competitive and cost-effective pricing.
- Performance Monitoring and Partner Sourcing: Monitor partner KPIs and service quality, resolve escalations efficiently, and source/onboard new subcontractor partners to meet capacity and strategic needs.
Requirements
What You’ll Need:
- Relevant qualifications in Business, Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in account management, partner/vendor management, or subcontractor coordination within IT services or related sectors.
- Strong negotiation, contract management, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple partner accounts across different countries and time zones independently.
- Analytical mindset focused on service performance, cost control, and continuous improvement.
