Job Summary
Iron Mountain is seeking a highly strategic Partner Development Manager, Geographical Lead to join our Digital Business Unit team.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing the partner strategy within your assigned geography, managing and influencing positive business outcomes for our customers, and driving sustainable revenue growth through Iron Mountain partnerships. You'll be joining a global workforce that embraces differences and is dedicated to helping customers find the gold in their mountain of data through digital transformation, IT and Data Security, and sustainability solutions.
What You'll Do (Responsibilities)
In this role, you will:
Develop and Execute Partnership Strategy: Create and manage a comprehensive business plan to generate incremental pipeline through partnership vehicles, aligning with internal Sales teams on go-to-market (GTM) plays and shared goals.
Coordinate Team and Stakeholder Collaboration: Lead the assigned geographical team members, acting as an escalation point for complex partner-related issues, and foster strong, multi-vertical relationships with key external partners and internal Iron Mountain stakeholders.
Ensure GTM and Compliance Success: Provide regular forecasting and account opportunity visibility using Salesforce (SFDC) and collaborate with Iron Mountain and Partner Sales organizations to support sales campaigns and enable teams on the GTM plays, ensuring alignment on best practices.
What You'll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)
The ideal candidate will have:
10+ years of technology sales experience, with a proven track record of positioning Software as a Service (SaaS), AWS Cloud and digital solutions to large, complex accounts.
Strong knowledge of the SaaS ecosystem, including Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Intelligent Document Processing (IDP), with a focus on strategic accounts in sectors like Public Sector, Financial Services, Manufacturing, or Healthcare.
Proven ability in strategic account leadership, working across all levels of a highly matrixed global organization, and exceptional success working directly with customer decision-makers and stakeholders.
Fluency in English and local languages is required.
