About The Job
Within the Global Partner Team, you will be a key contributor to ensuring a rewarding and seamless experience for Rubrik's partners. Your responsibilities will encompass the development of the onboarding roadmap, the enhancement of the Transform Partner Program experience, collaboration with partner sales and leadership to optimize the end-to-end partner journey, supporting Rubrik's growth objectives, and representing the partner team in the introduction of key initiatives and specializations to market.
What you’ll do:
- Report directly to the Director, Partner Programs and support the Global Partner Organization through strategic content creation and asset development.
- Drive the development and implementation of partner strategies and initiatives within the Transform Partner Program.
- Develop, execute, and lead the Partner Ecosystem framework to optimize the Partner Experience across the entire partner lifecycle.
- Maximize partner engagement with Rubrik by managing Partner Portal assets and onboarding materials.
- Deliver a high-touch onboarding experience for select strategic partners.
- Design and implement key Partner Specializations to provide strategic advantages in selling and deploying specific Rubrik solutions.
- Oversee the implementation and management of Partner Surveys, Forums, and Advisory Boards.

Experience you’ll need:
- 4+ years in channel programs/sales programs in a hands-on development & execution capacity
- Experience with the creation of financial business cases, operations, and messaging in Cybersecurity sector
- Cross-functional experience with sales, field marketing, enablement
- Ability to be a team player as well as work independently
- Organized, able to multi-task and lead multiple concurrent projects and drive initiatives in a fast-paced environment with ever-changing priorities
- You possess business insight, strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving, and project management skills
- Able to write clearly, concisely, and compellingly and create channel content and value proposition for a variety of user groups
- Ability to be highly productive with minimal oversight from senior management
- Knowledge in CRM systems (preferably Salesforce.com), PRM Systems (partner portals such as Impartner).
- Advanced experience with Google Workplace
- Strong communication skills in English both written and verbal
- Ability to set goals and drive to successful completion. You take responsibility for actions/outcomes and you are accountable for successes and failures.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance or Marketing
Preferred qualifications:
- 6+ years in channel programs
- MBA/graduate degree a plus
- Significant experience across multiple facets including Financial Analytics, System Processes and Contention Creation
- Relevant industry certifications such as Certified Channel Manager (CCM), Channel Sales Professional (CSP), or project management certifications like PMP (Project Management Professional) would be valuable.
- Experience working with partners in multiple geographies or understanding international channel dynamics would be a plus.
- Ability to think outside the box and develop innovative approaches to partner engagement and program design.
- Deep understanding of the competitive landscape within the cybersecurity industry and how partner programs can be leveraged for competitive advantage.
