We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Partner Success Associate to assist with operational post sales support in a SaaS environment. In this role, you will work closely with our Partner Success Team to bring operational solutions to our Partners, enabling that drive growth, efficiency, and boost customer sentiment by removing friction and streamlining business processes.Your expertise will play a crucial role in supporting our Partners have a successful customer journey.
Location - Bangalore
What you’ll do:
- Customer Orientation: Welcoming New Customers to the Platform and making sure they have what they need operationally to get started
- Billing inquiries handling: Responding to customer questions about their invoices and addressing any billing discrepancies.
- Data analysis: Analyzing customer usage patterns to identify potential billing issues or opportunities for upselling.
- Customer retention: Working to minimize customer churn by addressing concerns promptly and providing clear explanations.
The Experience you bring:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems or similar
- Experience: 3+ years of sales and/or success operations with a strong preference for candidates from SaaS or subscription-based industries
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Salesforce,Excel, PowerBI
- Analytical Skills: Understanding of customer lifecycle and subscription agreements and invoices
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to translate complex concepts into simple explanations
