Get to know the Business Operations Team
The Business Operations Team is the central operating hub of Workstreet. We oversee the systems, processes, data, contracting, and alignment with adjacent teams and partners. The team includes a few departments and functions, including Deal Desk, Collections, Data and Analytics, Partnership Management, and IT. The goal of Business Operations is to ensure that our data capture is accurate, our processes are sound, and that the information we gather is fueling our decisions.
The Opportunity
We are seeking a detail-oriented Partnership Operations Analyst to join our team. This role is critical to streamlining our sales operations by managing contract creation, deal processing, and administrative tasks that support our GTM teams. Working closely with Account Executives, Customer Success, and Finance, you will act as a primary operational engine—handling high-volume contract routing, maintaining CRM data hygiene, and assisting clients with onboarding and platform instance configuration. The ideal candidate has exceptional attention to detail, excellent data management skills, and the ability to work independently while supporting a fast-paced, remote sales environment.
What You'll Do- Direct partner contract creation and management, using approved templates and commercial pricing guidelines to compile 20–30 highly accurate customer agreements daily.
- Own the post-execution contract lifecycle, systematically downloading, organizing, and archiving signed legal agreements within secure Google Drive repositories.
- Execute high-velocity deal closure workflows within HubSpot and Airtable, ensuring all required operational fields are populated and validated.
- Maintain complete system data integrity across integrated platforms, including HubSpot, StreetSmart, Airtable, and active partner networks.
- Drive strict processing turnaround SLAs, managing 10–15 new deals daily, processing standard contract requests within 2 business hours, and routing sprint deals end-to-end within 15 minutes.
- Deliver targeted technical platform support, guiding customer administrators through platform onboarding, framework selections, and company size configurations.
- Administer tenant user access permissions, managing administrative configurations and initiating user invitations inside Vanta platform instances.
- Perform systematic database audits and data hygiene checks, conducting weekly reviews to prevent duplicate records and isolate unassociated company contacts.
- Proven customer operations coordinator – Bring 2+ years of dedicated experience in customer operations, deal desk administration, or a technical support environment.
- Proficient HubSpot CRM operator – Highly comfortable navigating pipeline architectures, updating custom deal properties, and maintaining clean CRM records.
- Hands-on Vanta platform specialist – Direct, practical experience managing configurations, tenant onboarding, framework mapping, and user permissions within the Vanta ecosystem (required).
- Advanced data and asset manager – Exceptionally skilled in leveraging Google Workspace tools (Docs, Sheets, Drive) to structure, audit, and secure critical business documentation.
- Uncompromising quality guardian – Exceptional attention to detail with an unyielding commitment to maintaining a 98%+ data accuracy rate across multiple disparate platforms.
- Commercial contract navigator – Fluent in GTM terminology, SaaS business models, subscription lifecycles, and standard sales contract structures.
- Autonomous remote performer – Highly disciplined, self-directed professional who thrives with minimal oversight, managing competing priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Elite collaborative communicator – Confident written and verbal English communication skills, with a proven ability to translate operational processes into clear updates for sales teams and customers.
- Workflow automation capabilities – Prior exposure to or familiarity with business automation tools and continuous process integration workflows.
- Foundational GRC framework exposure – Basic familiarity with cybersecurity compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, ISO 27001, or HIPAA.
- Prior sales operations alignment – Experience directly supporting fast-moving, high-velocity B2B sales organizations or revenue operations teams.
