  • Improve capacity and workflow management by implementing forecasting, demand and capacity views, and queue management practices aligned to the service catalog
  • Partner with Operations and Change teams to implement improvements with minimal disruption and ensure adoption, training, and sustained performance after change
  • Deliver initiatives end-to-end by scoping, planning, delivering, reporting, and escalating risks and dependencies while measuring benefits realized, not only delivery completion

Required qualifications, skills, and capabilities:

  • Demonstrated senior experience in operations, operational excellence, process improvement, or production management in a complex environment
  • Proven track record delivering process re-engineering outcomes, including reduced manual touchpoints, reduced breaks, improved cycle time, and strengthened controls
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to use data to isolate drivers, size opportunities, and monitor performance using large datasets and operational metrics
  • Structured problem-solving and execution discipline, including running working groups, driving actions, managing risks, and closing work to completion
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with ability to influence across Operations, service owners, and Change while staying grounded in operational realities
  • Control mindset with understanding of risk, escalation, and sustainable process design including documentation, audit trail, and governance
  • Experience working effectively across global teams and time zones

Preferred qualifications, skills, and capabilities:

  • Domain exposure to payments, cash management, treasury operations, asset servicing, or finance operations
  • Hands-on experience with continuous improvement methods such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen and workflow optimization
  • Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, Qlik, or Power BI, and strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Experience implementing metrics frameworks such as key performance indicators and key risk indicators, and service management routines
