Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented payroll analyst based in India to manage payroll operations for our global workforce. The ideal candidate will have expertise in international payroll processes, cross-border taxation, and compliance with local regulations. This role will be critical in ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing, maintaining payroll data, and supporting global payroll initiatives across multiple jurisdictions.
Key Duties
- Oversee and manage end-to-end payroll operations for multiple countries and regions, including APAC and EMEA.
- Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing, including salary calculations, deductions, and statutory contributions.
- Review and validate payroll inputs, including employee data, timesheets, benefits, and deductions for accuracy and compliance.
- Manage payroll data integrity and maintain Workday employee records
- Develop and implement payroll policies, procedures, and controls to ensure accuracy, compliance, and data security.
- Coordinate year-end payroll processes, including tax reporting, annual statements, and compliance filings for each country.
- Payroll /Tax reconciliation
- Resolve employee payroll related questions and concerns
- Processing Equity (screening question)
Qualifications
- Proficient in using MS Office applications, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple payrolls and deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in processing complex payroll scenarios across different jurisdictions.
- Proficient in Workday and maintaining employee records
- Experience processing India payroll, including experience with payroll in APAC and EMEA countries/ UK
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience processing payroll in India and other international payrolls
