As a Payroll and Billing Specialist, you will have responsibility for supporting our clients as we on-board professionals in more than 180 countries.

This is a key role in our organization and an incredible opportunity to help change the face of global business. We need an experienced biller with the creative thinking and have the ability in meeting the needs of our clients and continuing to make them love us.

What you'll do:

  • Review, reconcile and submit error free payroll inputs to our local service providers per agreed timelines
  • Process expense reports bi-monthly, including reviewing for compliance per local laws and regulations
  • Review and validate the monthly/bi-monthly payroll reports prepared and submitted by our local service providers
  • Mentor and train Junior Billing Specialist
  • Generate bills to our clients using various cost reports
  • Ensure invoices are processed accurately and in a timely manner
  • Protect company’s integrity by keeping client information confidential

What we're looking for:

  • Education Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree: in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • 2+ years of payroll/billing experience
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle a high volume of time sensitive materials
  • High energy and a laser-like attention to detail
  • Local Currency to Billing Currency conversion experience preferred
  • Demonstrated interpersonal, organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong inclination to roll up your sleeves and do whatever it takes to get a job done

Actual compensation for this position may vary and will depend on multiple factors such as relevant qualifications, experience, education, and geographic location. For Full-Time Regular Employees, this position is also eligible for additional compensation as follows:

  • Sales Roles: This position is eligible for a commission structure in addition to base salary.
  • Non-Sales Roles: This position is eligible for an annual bonus which is paid dependent on various factors, including and without limitation, individual and company performance in addition to base salary.
