As a Payroll Executive, you will play a crucial role in our Finance team, ensuring the timely and accurate processing of payroll for our global workforce. Your responsibilities will include managing employee queries, calculating payroll, and staying updated on tax reforms. Additionally, you will handle expense approvals and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Responsibilities
  • Manage and process payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
  • Handle employee queries and provide prompt resolutions to their payroll-related concerns.
  • Calculate and process various deductions, benefits, and reimbursements accurately.
  • Stay updated on tax regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and policies.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile payroll data and ensure financial accuracy.
  • Prepare and submit payroll-related reports and documentation as required by management.
  • Implement and maintain efficient payroll processes, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to payroll and reimbursements.
  • Provide excellent customer service to employees, fostering a positive and supportive work environment.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in payroll processing.
  • Strong knowledge of payroll software and systems, with the ability to learn new tools quickly.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in data handling.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with employees and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills to identify and resolve payroll issues.
  • Familiarity with HRIS systems and payroll processing best practices.
  • Willingness to stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes in payroll and reimbursements.
