Oversee payroll processing for North America, ensure compliance, collaborate with HR/Finance, improve payroll operations, and manage data integrity.
As a North America Payroll Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing payroll processing activities specific to the North America region, ensuring accurate and timely payment to employees. You will lead a team to maintain compliance with payroll policies and regulations, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and drive continuous improvements in payroll operations.
You will report directly to our Payroll Manager and you’ll work out of our Bangalore location on an On-site work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the accuracy and efficiency of payroll processing for North America employees, contributing to employee satisfaction and regulatory compliance.
ResponsibilitiesKEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Supervise and coordinate payroll processing activities for North America employees.
- Ensure timely and accurate payroll disbursements in compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
- Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll discrepancies and employee inquiries.
- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance payroll operations and automation.
- Manage payroll data integrity and reporting requirements.
- Minimum of 4+ years of relevant experience in payroll processing or payroll supervision.
- Strong knowledge of North America payroll processes, laws, and regulations.
- Experience with payroll software and systems used for North America payroll management (e.g., ADP GlobalView, Smart Compliance, PeopleSoft)
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in payroll data management.
- Ability to lead a team and manage payroll operations effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience working in a multinational company or shared services environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of payroll compliance and audit requirements.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
