What You'll Bring:

Job Description

Day-To-Day you will:

• Be the Front-Line Support for Employee Queries Globally: Provide the best employee experience by executing cases and responding to employees queries according to internal policies and procedures as well as the country/region’s regulations.
• Collaborate with Cross Functional Teams: have a proactive and collaborative approach, working with HR colleagues and stakeholders to ensure you are providing best in class employee HR support. Work closely with relevant stakeholders to ensure that all third parties receive relevant information in timely manner
• Workday Data Administration: Ensure Workday tasks and transactions are completed promptly and accurately. Processing Workday transactions in an accurate and timely manner & liaison with central HRIS teams to ensure proactive improvements to the system where appropriate. Providing system generated reports, insights and analytics plus other management information to stakeholders on request.
• Perform HR Service Operations Tasks: This includes, but is not limited to: investigating, analyzing, and auditing employee data.
  • Ensuring documentation is up to date, stored correctly and in line with legislative and local regulatory requirements including GDPR.

Essential Skills & Experience:

• A proven track record of working in a fast-paced administration team or customer service environment, ideally within HR.
• Experience in the use of Microsoft office – excel, PowerPoint etc
• Experience handling sensitive situations and handling customers and stakeholders with empathy and understanding.
• Experience handling sensitive data.
• Personable and friendly, you’ll be a key ambassador of the Global People Services team providing HR service to our managers and colleagues.
• A positive outlook when faced with obstacles. Self-aware and able to escalate when needed
• Attention to detail, a high level of accuracy with excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize

Preferred Skills and Experience

• HR Systems Experience, Workday Preferred
• 1-2 Years in Global HR Support Role

Impact You'll Make:

1. Coordinate and schedule phone screens, on-site interviews and debrief interviewing sessions for open positions (15-20 per day) as a dedicated partner with Talent Acquisition Recruiter to deliver an exceptional candidate and customer experience. 2. Communicate directly with candidates to secure their interview availability, coordinate schedules with hiring managers, and handle on-site scheduling. 3. Respond to inquiries related to interviewing and onboarding from a centralized mailbox. 4. Collaborate with HRIS team, hiring managers, & IT to ensure correct new hire locations, start dates, and hiring managers are reflected in Workday and technology is ready for new hires Day 1. 5. Respond to status inquiries and manage proactive communications with new hires & managers regarding orientation, travel, and general onboarding.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
