Job Summary

The People Systems Analyst supports and optimizes core HR systems and processes, with a primary focus on cyclical People Operations activities such as Open Enrollment, performance review cycles, and compensation programs. This role partners with People Operations, Total Rewards, Talent, and IT teams to ensure accurate data, compliant processes, and a positive employee experience through effective use of Workday and related systems.
What You’ll Do As A Senior Software Engineer
- Provide end-to-end systems support for key People cycles, including Open Enrollment, annual and mid-year performance reviews, and compensation planning.
- Configure, test, and maintain Workday business processes across HCM, Performance, Compensation, and Recruiting modules.
- Create and manage candidate ranking, rating, and evaluation templates to support hiring and talent decisions.
- Develop and maintain standard and custom Workday reports and dashboards.
- Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and consistency across systems and integrations.
- Provide Tier I support through a ticketing system, resolving employee and manager inquiries in a timely manner.
- Troubleshoot system issues, perform root-cause analysis, and escalate as appropriate.
- Support SOX compliance activities, including documentation, audits, and access controls.
- Participate in HR systems projects, enhancements, and process improvement initiatives.
What You Will Bring As A Senior Software Engineer
- Bachelor's or master's degree in related field (or four years of equivalent work experience)
- Experience: 6+ years of total experience
- Technical experience:
Workday Expertise: 3+ years of hands-on Workday configuration and administration
experience.
EIB Experience: Hands-on experience building EIBs and complex reports in Workday.
Data Analysis: 5+ years of progressively professional experience in data and systems
analysis.
Experience supporting cyclical HR processes
Experience using ticketing systems and providing Tier 2/3 support
Knowledge of SOX compliance and internal controls
Strong knowledge of Workday and HR systems administration
Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and experience analyzing large, complex datasets.
Experience with reporting and data analysis
Customer-service mindset with strong problem-solving skills
Communication: Effective communication and collaboration skills with all levels of stakeholders.
Project Management: Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, especially during peak cycles
Process Redesign: Experience in business process analysis and redesign.
Adaptability: Evidence of achieving results within ambiguous environments.
Skilled Communicator: Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting and communicating ideas to all levels of the organization
Intermediate/Advanced Excel skills
Knowledge of Core HR processes, procedures and best practices.
Must be detail-oriented with highly developed problem-solving and analytical abilities
Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
Ability to perform in fast-paced organizations
Qualifications
- Proven experience working with US based business teams.
- Excellent written and communication skills in English language.
- Must currently reside in or are located within 150 km of Greater Delhi NCR, Greater Bangalore, or Greater Pune
Working Hours: 8 Hours (Excluding breaks)
4 Core US Hours Overlap (7:30pm- 11:30pm IST)
4 flexible hours (IST)
- Workspace: A quiet space to work, an internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download | 10 Mbps upload

What You Will Get As A Porch Group Team Member
Pay Range*: 1,687,500 - 2,362,500 INR annually
