Role Description:
The Analyst is a key role for our firm providing fund and peer group performance and analytics.
Analyst will be responsible for day-to-day activities of the team which include:
- Ensure timely delivery of standard and ad-hoc analytics/reports.
- Contribute towards process improvement initiatives/automations within the team.
- Adhere to the quality standards as per business requirements by ensuring accuracy and timeliness parameters are met according to target.
Key job responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Review fund and peer group performance data and resolve/escalate issues wherever necessary.
- Handle standard fund reporting and respond to ad-hoc requests in a timely manner with 100% accuracy.
- Support production process, contribute to process improvements, and participate in user-acceptance testing for system projects.
- Maintain excellent service level standards by adhering to key performance indicators targets for the team.
Maintain procedure documents and review regularly for changes.
