This is not a “just run ads” role. You’ll own paid acquisition end-to-end, drive creative experimentation, and scale growth.

- Own and scale paid acquisition across Meta and Google
- Plan, launch, monitor, and optimize performance marketing campaigns daily
- Track and improve key metrics — CAC, ROAS, CPL, CTR, conversion rates
- Run structured A/B tests across creatives, audiences, landing pages, and funnels
- Analyze campaign performance and turn data into actionable insights
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop high-performing ad content
- Identify new acquisition channels and growth opportunities
- Optimize user journeys and conversion rates
- Build dashboards and maintain performance trackers
- Work cross-functionally with product, ops, and leadership on growth initiative.
Requirements
What We’re Looking For
- 1–4 years of experience in performance marketing or growth marketing
- Hands-on experience managing ad budgets on both Meta and Google
- Strong understanding of CAC, ROAS, LTV, attribution, and conversion funnels
- Comfortable with Google Analytics and similar tools
- Data-driven with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Rapid testing mindset — kill losers fast, scale winners aggressively
- High ownership and ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
- Bachelor’s degree required
