Overview of Role
A client of 66degrees’ is seeking a consultant to engage on a 3 month remote contract with the potential to extend. We are seeking a highly skilled and independent Performance Test Engineer with deep expertise in Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) to support a major WMS rewrite initiative. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with LoadRunner and Dynatrace, and be capable of designing and executing performance testing strategies with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities- Design, develop, and execute performance test plans, scenarios, and scripts using LoadRunner.
- Review and recommend a performance testing strategy for the WMS rewrite project..
- Monitor and analyze application performance using Dynatrace, identifying bottlenecks and providing actionable insights.
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and QE teams to ensure performance goals are met.
- Create and maintain scripts for generating test data across multiple WMS modules.
- Provide detailed performance reports and recommendations for optimization. Operate independently and proactively manage testing deliverables and timelines.
- Strong proficiency in LoadRunner (VuGen scripting, Controller, Analysis).
- Hands-on experience with Dynatrace for monitoring, diagnostics, and root cause analysis.
- Proven experience working with WMS platforms (e.g., Manhattan, Blue Yonder, SAP EWM).
- Knowledge of LambdaTest – Cloud Mobile Platform Ability to create complex test data scripts and simulate real-world warehouse operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
