Overview:

We are currently searching for a Project Manager to join our fast-growing Global Delivery Team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in partnering with clients and leading all phases of digital-related projects, including vision and scope definition, creative and user experience design, requirements specification and prioritization, iterative development, manual and automated testing, handoff, and delivery. The ability to manage projects of varying sizes and complexities independently, from inception through completion, is essential.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Scrum Master Duties: Lead Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-Ups, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Retrospectives, and Backlog Refinements.
  • Team Leadership: Independently lead and motivate diverse global teams working on integrated digital projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Client Interaction: Interface with clients to understand requirements and set expectations based on contractual agreements.
  • Project Management: Proactively manage and regularly report on project scope, timeline, budget, issues, risks, dependencies, and deliverable outcomes.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Manage work across a diverse set of team members across various competency areas including Design, Content, Development, Analytics, QA, etc.
  • ·On-Time Delivery: Lead the on-time, on-budget delivery of digital projects, following internal processes, resulting in high client and internal team member satisfaction.
  • ·Client Relationship: Act as a key client contact, ensuring expectations are met and outcomes are achieved.
  • ·Domain Expertise: Cultivate expertise in the Global Delivery and e-Commerce space.
  • ·Problem Solving: Understand problems and work towards solutions by building consensus within the project team and the client.
  • ·Team Advocacy: Serve as an advocate for the project team, ensuring they are empowered and have the information needed to deliver an excellent end product.
  • ·Communication: Effectively communicate in English (both written and verbal) among project teams, client stakeholders, and senior management.
  • ·Meeting Facilitation: Facilitate efficient meetings, produce detailed agendas, lead discussions, and ensure action items are identified and followed up on.
  • ·Adaptive Communication: Adjust communication styles to suit various audiences with different working styles and personalities.
  • ·Conflict Resolution: Resolve conflicts in a mature, productive, and positive manner.
  • · Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with clients and internal team members.
  • · Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage project management systems like OpenAir and Jira to make data-driven decisions and provide necessary reporting.
  • ·Resource Management: Manage and maintain resource forecasts for all project team members in OpenAir on a weekly basis.
  • ·Partnerships: Partner with Client Service Executives and Business Development to scope, estimate, and solution new opportunities.
  • ·Process Development: Contribute to the internal development of Agile and project management processes, deliverables, and standards.
  • ·Continuous Learning: Continue expanding and developing new skills, techniques, and tools through continuous learning.
  • · Reporting: Report to the Program Director and collaborate to enhance process and efficiency across the Program and Global Delivery.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of digital project management experience with increasing responsibility, including at least 1-2 years of Agile experience.
  • Consulting/Agency Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience working as a consultant or in an agency as a project manager in an integrated environment (Design, Content, Development, Analytics, QA, etc.).
  • Client-Facing Role: Minimum 5 years in a client-facing project or account management role.
  • Education: BS/BA in Communication, Engineering, Information Technology, Marketing, or related field, or a similar combination of experience and education.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is required, with experience working with US-based teams being highly desired.
  • Project Management Methodologies: Proficiency in methodologies including Waterfall and Scrum.
  • Team Management: Experience managing multiple teams simultaneously, consisting of 4 to 8 people.
  • Organizational Skills: Proven organizational skills with focused attention to detail.
  • Project Delivery: Experience delivering large integrated digital projects ($1MM+, 9+ months).

Desired Qualifications:

  • Working Hours: Flexibility in working schedule to ensure partial overlap with US-based team members.
  • eCommerce Platforms: Experience with eCommerce platforms like Magento and Shopify is highly desired.
  • CMS Platforms: Experience with CMS platforms like Adobe Experience Manager and Drupal is a plus.
  • Certifications: CSM and/or PMP certifications are a plus.
