Project Manager – Digital Onboarding
- Location: Pune / Hyderabad / Bengaluru / Mumbai / Chennai / Gurgaon
- Years of Exp: 8+ Years (min 6+ years as Project Manager)
- Notice Period: Immediate
- Mandate Skills: PM Skills + Wealth Management + Digital Onboarding Experience (see JD below)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage projects focused on digital onboarding journeys and wealth servicing through mobile applications.
- Strong understanding of mobile app journey design, particularly within onboarding and servicing for Wealth Management products.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of end-to-end mobile app experiences for customer onboarding and servicing.
- Collaborate with UX/UI designers, developers, and business stakeholders to deliver seamless digital experiences.
- Drive digital transformation initiatives, enhancing customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Maintain strong stakeholder engagement, influencing senior leaders and cross-regional teams.
- Apply Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (Jira, Confluence) to manage project execution.
- Implement robust project governance, including RAID logs, RACI matrices, and escalation processes.
- Identify risks and issues proactively and provide effective mitigation strategies.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional, cross-regional teams.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 8+ years of Project Management experience within Banking and Financial Services
- Proven experience managing digital onboarding and wealth servicing projects, especially in mobile applications.
- Strong understanding of customer journey design for onboarding and servicing workflows.
- Experience in digital transformation initiatives within financial services.
- Excellent stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks, Jira, Confluence, and project governance best practices.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management abilities.
