- Integrate AI technologies into transformation programs across business and technology functions.
- Identify opportunities to leverage AI tools to enhance project delivery, business analysis, documentation, and decision-making.
- Lead research, impact assessment, and planning for AI-driven initiatives within ongoing transformation programs.
- Work with stakeholders to embed AI solutions into existing business processes and operating models.
- Translate business requirements into AI-enabled use cases and implementation roadmaps.
- Support adoption of AI assistant platforms across teams and ensure effective utilization.
- Diagnose and resolve basic technical issues related to AI assistant platforms, including:
- Login and access issues
- Navigation challenges
- Document generation or output-related problems
- Collaborate with technology teams to ensure seamless AI tool integration with enterprise systems.
- Ensure governance, risk, compliance, and data privacy considerations are addressed in AI-enabled initiatives.
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven experience as a Transformation PM with exposure to AI-driven initiatives.
- Strong understanding of AI applications in business environments, including:
- Data monetization platforms
- Large Language Models (LLMs)
- AI-powered automation and analytics tools
- Experience integrating AI solutions into existing enterprise workflows and processes.
- Ability to translate business problems into AI-enabled solutions and use cases.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Basic technical troubleshooting capability for AI platforms and user support scenarios.
- Experience working in Agile transformation environments.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with enterprise AI assistant platforms.
- Exposure to data strategy, digital transformation, or intelligent automation programs.
- Understanding of AI governance, model risk, and responsible AI practices.
