Job Description
Role SummaryThe Power Platform & Copilot Developer leads the design, delivery, and scaling of enterprise AI chatbot and low‑code solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and the Microsoft Power Platform to support LCS strategic business use cases. This role serves as a technical and functional lead, providing architectural guidance, governance oversight, and mentorship while ensuring measurable business outcomes from AI investments.
The role partners closely with business leaders, AI governance teams, and platform stakeholders to establish a scalable, governed low‑code AI operating model, build Copilot Studio subject‑matter expertise (SME), and drive adoption across LCS.
We are hiring for Pune and Noida location.
Key ResponsibilitiesAI & Copilot Technical Leadership- Lead the end‑to‑end architecture, design, and delivery of Copilot Studio solutions and AI chatbots
- Define conversational AI patterns, standards, and reusable frameworks for enterprise adoption
- Review and approve solution designs to ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability
- Drive continuous improvement of AI agents based on usage analytics, feedback, and business outcomes
- Lead development of complex Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse solutions supporting Copilot use cases
- Establish best practices for low‑code / pro‑code extensibility, integrations, and APIs
- Ensure alignment with enterprise application architecture and data strategies
- Own and enforce governance standards for Copilot and Power Platform solutions
- Partner with security and compliance teams to ensure Responsible AI, data protection, and audit readiness
- Guide environment strategy, DLP policies, access controls, and solution lifecycle management
- Act as a Copilot Studio SME and mentor, cross‑training Power App developers into AI solution builders
- Support hiring, onboarding, and enablement of incremental Copilot development capacity
- Contribute to a Center of Excellence / RCC delivery model, defining intake, prioritization, KPIs, and capacity planning
- Partner with business owners and AI leadership to identify, prioritize, and roadmap high‑value AI use cases
- Provide executive‑level updates on progress, risks, ROI, and adoption metrics
- Represent the Copilot low‑code capability in enterprise forums (e.g., AI2)
- Advanced hands‑on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse)
- Strong experience designing and delivering solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio
- Proven experience leading enterprise‑scale low‑code or AI initiatives
- Strong understanding of conversational AI design, UX, and performance optimization
- Experience with governance, security, and compliance in regulated enterprise environments
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder‑management skills
- Microsoft certifications (Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Azure AI)
- Experience operating within a Center of Excellence (CoE) or shared services model
- Experience defining and tracking KPIs, ROI, and adoption metrics for AI solutions
- Familiarity with change management and enterprise adoption strategies
- Successful delivery of high‑impact LCS AI chatbot use cases
- Adoption and reuse of standardized Copilot solutions across teams
- Establishment and growth of Copilot Studio SME capability
- Compliance with enterprise governance and Responsible AI standards
- Demonstrated ROI and measurable business value from AI initiatives
