Job Description
El/la practicante apoyará con:
- Automatización de proceso de requerimientos.
- Habilitar o deshabilitar equipos en sistema, según corresponda, de a cuerdo a solicitudes emanadas del área de Postventa para suspensiones de servicio por mora o término de contrato.
- Realizar mantención y reparación de los equipos en materias de software de equipos de radio.
- Entregar información del estado de los equipos cuando aplique reparación asigando valores de reparación y mantención.
- Cargar informes de visitas realizadas a terreno por nuestros técnicos al CMR Solomon.
- Ejecutar la programación de los equipos según la malla requerida por el cliente y en los tiempos definidos.
