We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Pre-Sales Marketing Executive/Analyst to support business growth through lead generation, client engagement, and strategic marketing initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of sales and marketing, helping identify new business opportunities, nurture prospects, and support the sales cycle with compelling proposals, presentations, and market insights.

The ideal candidate is passionate about B2B marketing, lead generation, and customer engagement, with the ability to translate client requirements into tailored business solutions. You will play a key role in driving demand generation efforts, supporting pre-sales activities, conducting market research, and ensuring seamless collaboration between marketing and sales teams to accelerate revenue growth.


RequirementsKey Responsibilities
  • Drive B2B lead generation initiatives across multiple channels to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Identify, qualify, and nurture prospective clients while supporting the sales team throughout the conversion journey.
  • Understand client requirements and collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop customized solutions and business proposals.
  • Prepare impactful presentations, pitch decks, case studies, capability documents, and proposal responses.
  • Support RFP, RFQ, and client response processes by coordinating with relevant teams and ensuring timely submissions.
  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns focused on customer acquisition, demand generation, and account-based marketing (ABM).
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry trend assessments to uncover new business opportunities.
  • Manage campaign performance tracking, reporting, and lead funnel analysis to improve marketing effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, and technology partners to support marketing and outreach initiatives.
  • Ensure adherence to data privacy regulations and customer data governance practices across marketing activities.
What Makes You a Great Fit
  • 2–4 years of experience in pre-sales, lead generation, B2B marketing, business development, or related functions.
  • Strong understanding of sales enablement, customer acquisition strategies, and lead nurturing processes.
  • Excellent presentation, proposal writing, and stakeholder communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, along with experience using CRM platforms.
  • Experience managing email marketing, outreach campaigns, and demand generation programs.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market trends and identify growth opportunities.
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and project management capabilities.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of compliance frameworks, customer data privacy, and governance practices is an added advantage.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented professional who thrives on driving business growth and creating meaningful client engagement.
