We are seeking an experienced Presales Solutions Architect to lead end-to-end customer engagements for cloud transformation initiatives. In this customer-facing role, you will partner with enterprise clients to understand business challenges, design cloud solutions, develop compelling technical and commercial proposals, and support successful deal closures. You will collaborate closely with sales, solution architects, and partner ecosystems to deliver value-driven cloud transformation strategies while building long-term customer relationships.


RequirementsKey Responsibilities
  • Own the complete presales lifecycle for cloud transformation opportunities, from lead qualification through proposal submission and technical closure.
  • Conduct customer discovery workshops to understand business objectives, IT environments, current challenges, and modernization requirements.
  • Present solution architectures, cloud strategies, and business value propositions to CIOs, CTOs, and senior business stakeholders.
  • Prepare and manage responses to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs in collaboration with technical and commercial teams.
  • Develop comprehensive techno-commercial proposals, including solution scope, pricing models, commercial structures, and implementation approaches.
  • Work closely with solution architects to translate customer requirements into scalable, technically sound cloud solutions.
  • Build and nurture relationships with enterprise customers to identify new business opportunities and expand existing engagements.
  • Collaborate with cloud partners and technology vendors to create joint solutions and strengthen deal execution.
  • Support customer presentations, solution demonstrations, commercial discussions, and contract negotiations.
  • Maintain accurate presales pipeline information, CRM records, forecasts, and opportunity tracking.
  • Represent the organization at customer events, webinars, conferences, and industry forums.
  • Contribute to reusable proposal templates, solution playbooks, competitive positioning materials, and presales best practices.
  • Stay informed about cloud pricing models, migration programs, incentive offerings, and commercial frameworks to optimize customer proposals.
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in cloud presales, solution consulting, or technical sales.
  • Strong understanding of public cloud platforms, particularly AWS services and cloud transformation strategies.
  • Hands-on experience conducting customer discovery sessions and solution workshops.
  • Experience preparing RFP, RFI, and RFQ responses for enterprise customers.
  • Expertise in creating techno-commercial proposals, solution documentation, and pricing models.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to engage senior business and technology leaders.
  • Knowledge of cloud migration, modernization, hybrid cloud, managed services, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms and managing presales pipelines.
Preferred Qualifications
  • AWS Cloud Practitioner or equivalent cloud certification.
  • AWS Business Professional or AWS Solutions Architect Associate certification.
  • Familiarity with the AWS Well-Architected Framework and cloud migration best practices.
  • Understanding of FinOps principles and cloud cost optimization.
  • Knowledge of application modernization, microservices, containerization, and Kubernetes.
  • Experience working across industries such as BFSI, Healthcare, Retail, or Digital-native organizations.
  • Exposure to enterprise architecture frameworks such as TOGAF.
  • Familiarity with cloud migration incentive programs and commercial funding models.
