Ecolab is searching for a driven Support Team Entry Analyst for future opportunities within our Distributor Finance team in Pune, India.
This entry-level role will perform a variety of support related activities including handling of inbound and outbound support to distributors and Ecolab associates in various roles throughout the organization. Some activities include account alignment set up, customer agreement eligibility notification, misaligned sales corrections, missing sales concerns, sales split set up and maintenance, refund disputes, pricing portal support and various others. Incoming requests are sent to a shared email box or call center. This position is responsible for accurate and timely turnaround in accordance too service level agreements.

What You Will Do:

Ensure all Support Center activities are completed in accordance with desktop procedures
-
Handle inbound inquiries received by internal and external customers
-
Ensure service levels are met daily on all Support Center related activities. Demonstrates urgency to resolve issues with internal Ecolab associates & distributors

Ensuring timely and effective communication to distributor partners
-
Daily management of incoming volumes: include email counts, coding, and logging
-
Maintain a positive, professional approach through appropriate business communication
-
Provide necessary support to execute key business-led initiatives
-
Completed system set up for customers and authorize agreements
-
Investigate missing sales (submitted via form) and complete sales corrections
Basic Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree completed in finance, accounting, business or a related area or equivalent professional experience

Proficient Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook, and Access

Knowledge of SAP with clear understanding of financial processes

Strong command of English in speaking and writing

Strong problem solving and decision-making skills

Ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders at all levels

Effective oral and written communication skills and strong presentation skills

Must be self-motivated, and both detail and process oriented
