Ecolab is searching for a driven Pricing & Support Experienced Analyst for future opportunities within our Distributor Finance team in Pune, India. 

The position will support both the Pricing team and Support Center within Distributor Finance. This position provides critical analytical support specific to Pricing related activities and involvement in Support inquiries.  This role is responsible for key metrics, reoccurring audits, ad hoc support, system testing, and distributor notifications.   This includes technical & analytical support related to the Distributor portal and/or electronic feeds.  This position involves a high level of interaction with distributors, Ecolab sales management teams and Ecolab’s information technology teams.

What You Will Do:

• Provide support, ad hoc reporting, and analysis to internal and external customers

• Work with internal and external customers to drive program compliance and address issues/findings

• Provide technical and escalated support for Portal and electronic transmissions; working directly with IT team, submit tickets and complete testing

• Generate reporting to produce monthly metrics on behalf of team

• Complete reoccurring monthly & quarterly audits

• Identify and resolve distributor pricing/contract alignment issues

• Evaluate potential improvements and scope expansion based on changing business needs

• Ensure that all reporting processes and systems are documented

• Ensure reoccurring audit completion related to P&S activities.

• Use sound judgment in decisions and interactions with internal and external customers

• Suggest procedural changes to improve productivity

• Support external units' projects when needed

• Ensure proper information flow between all stakeholders in the process

• Ensure all Pricing activities are completed in accordance with desktop procedures.

• Ensure service levels are met daily on all Pricing related activities. Demonstrates urgency to resolve issues with internal Ecolab associates & distributors

• Ensuring timely and effective communication of pricing to distributor partners.  Ensure critical reoccurring notifications are sent in accordance with policy and procedures

• Daily management of incoming volumes:  include email counts, coding, and logging

• Maintain a positive, professional approach through appropriate business communication.

• Provide necessary support to execute key business-led initiatives.

• Pricing Portal Support: Prompt access request handled within 24 hours and assist with troubleshooting distributor issues, escalation to management, IT ticket submission and provide live portal demos and help with general questions or concerns

• New Product Launch set up and check list: ensuring new products are set up in system timely and accurately 

• Resolve SAP Pricing Errors: Diligently review queue daily (all errors resolved timely)

• Handling of daily inquiries sent to inbox by internal/external customers.  Inquires include, price inquiries, materials to be added, request for price rescinds, ad hoc support, distributor agreement authorizations

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting or Economics

• 3 years of professional experience

• Proven analytical and decision-making skills

• Ability to interact with internal and external stakeholders at all levels

• Effective oral and written communication skills and strong presentation skills

• Excellent organizational and time management skills; ability to multi-task and prioritize

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite software (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook), workflow software, and ad hoc reporting tools and databases

• Demonstrated project management and leadership skills

• Must be self-motivated, and both detail and process oriented

• Fluent English in speaking and writing

• Ability to utilize problem resolution skills in a fast paced and sensitive area

• Ability to work as a member of a team

• Ability to analyze and summarize data and draw meaningful conclusions

• Ability to work independently and balance priorities

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information

• Ability to deal with ambiguity/subjectivity
