**Job Description:**
We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable Primavera Unifier Techno-Functional Consultant to join our team. As a Primavera Unifier Consultant, you will play a critical role in implementing and optimizing Primavera Unifier, as well as collaborating with clients to address their project management and business process needs. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of Primavera Unifier and its integration with other systems, particularly Primavera P6 and Oracle technologies.
**Responsibilities:**
1. **Module Expertise**: Possess in-depth knowledge of the Cost Controls, Schedule Management, Business Process Management, and Document Management modules of Primavera Unifier, as well as Primavera P6 modules.
2. **Project Control and Delivery**: Demonstrate expertise in configuring and managing the Unifier Project Control and Delivery Module, including different business process types, Shell creation, and utilization of "U-Designer" functionality.
3. **Business Process Development**: Design and develop business processes within Primavera Unifier, incorporating workflows, reports, and dashboards to meet client requirements.
4. **Module Proficiency**: Handle various modules, including Cost Management, Earned Value Management (EVM), Contract Management, Cash Flow, Drawing Management, Inspection & Quality, Risk Management, Claim Management, Payment Application, User Administrator Management, and other relevant modules.
5. **Change Management**: Understand general Change Management and Supply Chain processes and their integration with Primavera Unifier.
6. **Data Management**: Possess the knowledge to transfer project data through "Configuration Packages" effectively.
7. **Integration**: Understand data integration and APIs to interface between Oracle Primavera Unifier, Primavera, SAP S4HANA ERP, ECM (Enterprise Content Management), GIS (Geographic Information Systems), and BIM (Building Information Modeling) modules (an added advantage).
8. **Requirements Gathering**: Conduct requirement gathering, Business Blueprint meetings, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) meetings, and provide training on Primavera P6 EPPM, Primavera Unifier, and Primavera Analytics Implemented Modules.
9. **Documentation and Training**: Create user guides and training materials, conduct training sessions for new users, refresher training, and advanced training courses.
10. **Technical Skills**: Be proficient in writing complex SQL queries.
11. **Issue Resolution**: Collaborate with Oracle Support and hosting providers to resolve technical issues.
12. **Adaptability and Communication**: Be adaptable and resourceful, capable of working under pressure to meet deadlines, and possess strong interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with various stakeholders.
13. **Self-Initiative**: Show strong self-initiative to meet project deliverables, overcome challenges, and communicate project timelines and resource requirements effectively.
14. **Performance Testing**: Demonstrate strong knowledge of performance testing and defect analysis.
15. **Administrative Duties**: Manage application-wise administrative activities as needed.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience as a Primavera Unifier Consultant with extensive knowledge of Primavera Unifier modules and functionalities.
- Experience with data integration and APIs, particularly in interfacing with Oracle Primavera Unifier, Primavera, SAP S4HANA ERP, ECM, GIS, and BIM modules (preferred).
- Proficiency in SQL query writing.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet project deadlines.
- Self-motivated and proactive.
- Knowledge of Primavera Unifier Mobility is a plus.
