What you’ll bring
Provides technical customer support to partners or end-consumer customers via mail, mantis (support tracking tool), WebEx or phone including: Responding to complex technical inquiries (e.g., product troubleshooting, information on compatibility with storage and devices, report generation, setup issues etc.)
• Customer server management on cloud
• Create on-demand product documentation
• Build creation
• Create and issue product license
• Works on creating product knowledge base
• Provide product features and troubleshooting training to partners and customers
• Working with partners and customers and deliver services to our customers in form of monthly reports
• UAT every released feature
• Review product documentation"
