- Needs Analysis : Proactively meet with internal clients(could be LoBs/HRBPs) to fully understand their business strategies and learning needs or requirements.
- Program Design : Identify and design integrated learning solutions to fill performance and development gaps using adult learning methodologies and training techniques
- Training Delivery : Facilitate in-person or virtual training sessions. Ensure availability of learning materials and resources.
- Metrics & Evaluation : Assess the success and effectiveness of the training plans and suggest appropriate changes to them to further enhance their results within the scope of the learning and development function
- Vendors & Budgets : Work on identifying and hiring specific L&D consultants and be a point of contact between the company and the external trainers, be able to track budgets, spending
Basic Qualifications :
- Master's Degree in Human Resources
- At least 3 years of experience working in the learning & development industry
- At least 3 years of experience in learning consultation
- At least 3 years of experience in learning curriculum design and development
- At least 3 years of experience managing the execution of training programs
Preferred Qualifications :
- 5+ years of experience in training needs assessment and design
- 5+ years of experience in client consulting / performance consulting
- 5+ years of experience in leading project teams
