Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Principal Business Systems Analyst to support and enhance our technology solutions within the Procurement domain. The ideal candidate will have over 12 years of experience in designing and implementing solutions using JIRA, Confluence, Power Apps, Power BI, Data Warehouse and AI in P2P systems. This role requires strong expertise in business systems analysis, process automation, and data visualization to drive operational efficiency and business insights.

What you will do
- Technology Solutions & System Optimization:
- Design, develop, and maintain workflows, dashboards, and reports using JIRA, Confluence, Power Apps, Power BI, and AI.
- Analyse business requirements and translate them into effective technology solutions.
- Ensure seamless integration between business tools to enhance operational efficiency.
- Process Improvement & Automation:
- Identify opportunities to improve business processes through automation and technology enhancements.
- Leverage Power Apps to develop low-code applications that support business needs.
- Optimize JIRA and Confluence usage for agile project management and knowledge sharing.
- Data Analytics & Business Insights:
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards to provide actionable insights.
- Ensure data integrity, visualization effectiveness, and business intelligence reporting.
- Work with stakeholders to translate data into meaningful business decisions.
- Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement:
- Work closely with IT, business leaders, and cross-functional teams to align technology solutions with business objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor for process improvements and system enhancements.
- Governance & Best Practices:
- Define and implement best practices for the use of JIRA, Confluence, Power Apps, Power BI, and AI.
- Ensure compliance with security, governance, and data integrity policies.
What you will bring
- 12+ years of experience in business systems analysis, process automation, and data visualization.
- Expertise in designing technology solutions using JIRA, Confluence, Power Apps, and Power BI.
- Proven experience in optimizing workflows and driving automation in P2P domain.
- Strong understanding of data visualization, analytics, and dashboard creation.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Solid knowledge of agile methodologies and collaboration tools.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and other collaboration tools.
- Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) processes.
- Experience in API integrations and scripting (e.g., Power Automate, Python, or SQL).
