Key Responsibilities: -
Route to market Analytics Consulting (Sales and Distribution, Both Planning and Execution etc.) for Fortune 500 CPG and Retail clients globally with focus in Traditional & Modern trade markets
Define the AI product vision, strategy, and roadmap for analytics products, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives with the ability to conceptualize & oversee the whole product lifecycle, own and manage the backlog for the product in Route to Market Area (Traditional & Modern Trade)
Bring in industry point of view and guiding clients through complex business transformation programs and work closely with a team of senior RTM domain AI consultants and data scientists & data engineers to develop tailored solutions and identify key areas of improvement and develop plans to address them.
Build Relationships with Industry RTM leaders and help build RTM capability/Practice at Fractal
Work on GTM activities for the RTM practice including capability content development & presentation, showcasing our accelerators & products to clients, leading workshops
Aid in Business Development and leading shaping RFPs & proposals in the RTM area.
Other skills /experience (preferred) would be Digital Commerce, RGM, and product management principles.
Success Profile: -
You have demonstrated track record of leading and delivering Route to Market Advanced Analytics engagements with in-depth functional & analytical understanding of AI based Retail Execution Intelligence, Collaborative RTM planning, Sales Force Automation, Perfect Store, Perfect Order, Product Recommendation Engine, Next Best Action, etc.
You have strong commercial acumen that you can execute on to manage and grow revenue.
You are an effective and credible storyteller with a strong ability to map client challenges to internal capabilities and can link those conversations back to business outcomes.
You have excellent written, verbal, and formal presentation skills allowing you to engage client audiences ranging from technical implementers up through Business and Technology C-levels.
You thrive in a collaborative team atmosphere, while defining issues/hypotheses, performing complex analysis, and assisting with preparation and recommendations of solution alternatives.
You have demonstrated experience of leading large teams located globally, and are seen as a natural people leader, while effectively managing account growth goals.
Qualifications, Skills and other requirements
M.B.A. or Post graduation in a relevant field (Business Analytics, Operations Research)
Overall experience of 15 – 20 years preferred with deep knowledge on Route to Market and Sales Transformation for over 7+ years
Proven track record of a Capability Leader and desire to drive client relationships and sales activities and, over time, drive account/practice growth
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Ability to think on his/her feet and engage with both the business and analytical community
Comfortable with ambiguity in a cross-functional environment
Willingness to work with a geographically distributed team structure in an extremely fast-paced and challenging environment
Self-driven individuals with an appetite for rapid career growth and a can-do attitude are most likely to succeed in this role
Open to travel to client locations for workshops, business meetings, etc.
