Roles and responsibilities:
- Design, build, and maintain Dario’s core cloud infrastructure and platform services
- Ensure high availability, performance, security, and scalability of production systems
- Deliver an exceptional experience for internal teams and end-users relying on your infrastructure
- Lead and participate in incident response, root-cause analysis, and post-mortems
- Automate infrastructure provisioning, security controls, compliance, auditing, and operational workflows
- Mentor and empower engineers across teams, promoting DevOps and SRE best practices
- Collaborate closely with R&D, Security, QA, and Product teams to support continuous delivery
- Drive improvements in observability, monitoring, alerting, and system reliability
- Work with modern and emerging technologies, continuously expanding and sharing expertise
- Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation alongside other DevOps/SRE and engineering team members
- 10+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, SRE, Cloud Infrastructure, or Systems Engineering
- 5+ years of production experience with AWS (experience with additional cloud providers is a plus)
- Experience with Kubernetes (EKS) is a must, containerized workloads, and service meshes
- Strong knowledge of Linux systems, networking fundamentals, and cloud-native architectures
- Experience operating and debugging distributed systems in production environments
- Hands-on experience with Terraform, CloudFormation experience is a plus
- Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., Bash, Python)
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions or similar)
- Strong understanding of security best practices, including automation and compliance
- Excellent communication, collaboration, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, Coralogix)
