Principal Infrastructure Engineer- Voice
As a Principal Infrastructure Engineer with expertise in cloud-based voice platform with Convera, you will be responsible to develop strategy, execution, and operation of our voice/telephony solution for a geographically distributed workforce using a cloud-based platform.
You will be responsible for:
- Accountable for direction, strategy, and implementation of enterprise voice solutions
- Coordinate, lead & participate in technology selection activities and work with business and IT stakeholders to ensure the requirements are met
- Technical SPOC for enterprise voice technology.
- Understand current legacy voice platforms (CallRex, Nice, Avaya) and converge & implement them into a single cloud-based platform
- Achieve operational efficiency by proactive monitoring, issue resolution & root cause analysis.
- Execute, support and improve Business Continuity Plan.
- Partner with other IT teams to achieve business excellence.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Experienced in implementing Cloud-based voice platform
- Experienced in implementing and managing enterprise voice solution for geographically distributed workforce
- Experience with Amazon Connect, zoom phone, Contact Flow Design, Lambda Integration Lex Integration and Call Center Routing or similar cloud-based voice platforms
- Whole contact center domain knowledge
- Experience with call recording capabilities
- Works closely with Cyber Security leaders to develop and execute continuous improvement plans
- Proven technical leader and would be able to lead a team
- Strong oral and written communications with excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Collaborative working style to be able to partner with IT stakeholders across organization and Influence technology decisions
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in supporting cloud-based contact center implementation
- Strong Understanding of Architecture Principles, Patterns, Guidelines, Architecture Standards, Technology trends, emerging technologies, Enterprise Architecture processes like Design Reviews, Architecture Review Boards
- Experience leading multiple projects including experience managing team efforts, processes, and technologies throughout project full-life cycles
- Great attention to detail and follow through on tasks
- Innovative and Self Motivated
- Ability to work well under pressure with tight deadlines
- Vendor management
- Skilled communicator with ability to present technical topics to senior leadership
