What Are Your Responsibilities1. Strategy & Ownership
  • Own the end-to-end product strategy for all finance systems (ERP, FP&A, controlling, accounting, profitability analytics).

  • Define the long-term architecture and drive standardisation across all markets.

  • Integrate finance with operational systems to create a real-time view of company performance.

2. Leadership
  • Lead a cross-functional engineering team and build product & data literacy within finance.

  • Foster a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.

  • Mentor team members in product thinking and stakeholder collaboration.

3. Delivery
  • Manage the portfolio of finance system initiatives, including automation and AI-driven capabilities.

  • Own delivery roadmaps with Engineering, Data, and Finance leaders.

  • Ensure smooth rollouts while balancing local compliance with global standardisation.

4. Data & Innovation
  • Build KPI frameworks for financial automation and system performance.

  • Partner with FP&A and BI to develop financial data models and insights.

  • Lead pilots in predictive forecasting, anomaly detection, and cost optimisation.

5. Stakeholder & Change Management
  • Represent Finance in system governance forums.

  • Drive change management, training, and adoption across markets.

  • Ensure transparent communication and continuous improvement.

What Is Your Experience
  • 7+ years of experience in product management, finance systems, or digital transformation within finance or operations.

  • Proven record of building or scaling financial technology solutions (ERP, FP&A, BI, automation platforms).

  • Knowledge of NetSuite is an advantage.

  • Strong understanding of accounting, controlling, and planning processes.

  • Experience with AI-driven analytics or process automation is a strong plus.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across finance, tech, and business leadership.

  • Ability to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

  • Fluent English; other European languages are a bonus.

  • Based in Prague, with willingness to travel up to 20% across markets.
